Notebook Diskette 1 from the atelier Bozduganov represents the manifestation of the Stendhal Syndrome. When I saw it for the first time at the Tabook book fair, I started to cry, my heart and body trembled, and the relatively high price did not seem questionable at all, on the contrary, it seemed quite relevant. Beauty has its price – paid by handmade work, small number of copies, non-quilted spine that allows you to insert new pages to one’s heart’s content, by a magnetic binding. Purely and simply by the object that looks like a paper macbook. Actually much better.

Interesting Fact: Atelier Bozduganov is situated in the small village Obratañ in the south of Bohemia. In a magical rural landscape, Jan Klimeš, besides making beautiful notebooks and restoring paper, also bottles birch sap from which he makes the best non-alcoholic bubbles called Euphoria.
